Bishop Dr. Larry G. Taylor Sr.
Bishop Dr. Larry G. Taylor Sr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of Jesus Ministries Family Worship Center, in Miramar, Florida. His ministry began in April 1974 under his late and great spiritual father Elder Dr. L.V. Wilson in Miami, Florida. For some years past Bishop Taylor formally had both an international and local Bible teaching ministry through short wave radio, as well as several local Christian stations. Bishop Taylor has authored two books, “Now that I’m Saved and Spirit Filled, What’s Next?” and “What in Hell, Do You Want?”. Bishop Taylor is a graduate of Barry University (BS in Clinical Social Work) and Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary (Ph.D. in Theology). He and His wife Pastor Dr. Arissie Taylor, lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
JMBI Mission Statement
Jesus Ministries Bible Institute mission is to fully equip and mature believers of Jesus Christ, to work in ministry. This is done through developing them in the Word of God, by systematic Spirit filled teaching of the Word of God. We also aim to enable, unify, and build the body of Christ as they fulfill their calling and assignment in the Lord Jesus Christ, Eph. 4:12-13.
Accreditation
Jesus Ministries Bible Institute (JMBI) is accredited through United Accrediting Commission of Independent Christian Colleges and Universities, Inc. UACICCU has adhered to the rigorous standards set for all accrediting commissions and have themselves, set very stringent standards for the colleges and universities they accredit.
Parent School
Jesus Ministries Bible Institute (JMBI) is affiliated with Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary (TBCS) in Tampa Florida, which serves as the parent school of JMBI. Although JMBI is in affiliation with TBCS and in which the Biblical material is outsourced from, JMBI curriculum is tailored to include additional Biblical information that is deemed significant to the student’s learning.
